摘要
为研究直流熔断器中电弧压力对电弧电导率的影响,首先在考虑电弧通流面积拓展的基础上优化了电弧电导率拟合模型,求解过程包括电弧烧蚀形态计算、电弧电压计算和电弧电导率拟合三部分;然后,采用内置高精度压力传感器的方式,设计4组相同电路参数、相同熔体宽带宽度,起弧电流依次相差600 A的熔断器分断实验,并拟合了电弧电导率。实验结果表明:各组实验间电弧压力与燃弧功率之间存在映射关系,且较高的电弧压力有利于电弧电导率的衰减,进而提高熔断器分断速度。
In order to study the influence of arc pressure on arc conductivity in DC(direct current)fuse,the arc conductivity fitting model was optimized based on the expansion of arc flow area,and the solution process included three parts:arc ablation shape calculation,arc voltage calculation and arc conductivity fitting.Then,four groups of fuse breaking experiments with the same circuit parameters,the same melt bandwidth and the arc starting current with a difference of 600 A were designed by using the built-in high-precision pressure sensor,and the arc conductivity was fitted.The analysis of the experimental results shows that there is a mapping relationship between arc pressure and arc power in each group of experiments,and the higher arc pressure is beneficial to the attenuation of arc conductivity,thus improving the fuse breaking speed.
