摘要
为研究变频电磁阻垢的效果,通过现场改造进行变频电磁与化学药剂阻垢对比试验。从试验初期结果发现,变频电磁阻垢设备显示出良好的阻垢效果,在未加阻垢剂的条件下,反渗透膜运行周期大幅上升48.6%,污水回收率也提高5%,显著降低清洗频率3—4次/月。稳定运行期间,清洗周期平均延长65.3%,平均清洗间隔平均延长81.1%。初步估算,可以节约运行费用88.75×10^(4)元/a,实现50.6%的成本降幅。因此,变频电磁阻垢具有良好的工业应用前景。
To study the effect of variable frequency electromagnetic scale inhibition,the comparative test of frequency conversion electromagnetic field with chemical agents on scale inhibition was carried out through the pilot renovation.The initial results indicate that the frequency conversion electromagnetic scale inhibition equipment displays remarkable scale inhibition effect.Without scale inhibitor,the operating period of reverse osmosis membrane is prolonged by 48.6%,the sewage recovery rate also increases by 5%,and the cleaning frequency significantly reduces 3-4 times per month.During stable operation,the average cleaning period is extended by 65.3%,and the average cleaning interval is prolonged by 81.1%.It is assessed that operating costs can be saved 88.75×10^(4)Yuan/a,achieving a cost reduction of 50.6%.Therefore,variable frequency electromagnetic scale inhibition has a wide industrial application prospect.
