固肾安胎方联合地屈孕酮治疗早期先兆流产患者的效果

Effects of Gushen Antai formula combined with Dydrogesterone in treatment of early threatened abortion

目的:探讨固肾安胎方联合地屈孕酮治疗早期先兆流产患者的效果。方法:选取2020年3月至2023年3月该院收治的103例早期先兆流产患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=51)及对照组(n=52)。对照组口服地屈孕酮片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合固肾安胎方治疗,两组均连续治疗14 d。比较两组临床疗效,妊娠成功率,治疗前后中医证候积分、血清生殖激素[β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮、雌二醇]水平,血清炎性因子[白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-10及IL-18]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率、妊娠成功率分别为96.08%、92.16%,高于对照组的80.77%、75.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗14 d后,研究组中医证候积分及血清IL-2、IL-18水平均低于对照组,血清IL-10、β-HCG、孕酮、雌二醇水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:固肾安胎方联合地屈孕酮治疗早期先兆流产患者可提高治疗总有效率和妊娠成功率,改善生殖激素、炎性因子水平,效果优于单用地屈孕酮治疗。

Objective:To explore effects of Gushen Antai formula combined with Dydrogesterone in treatment of early threatened abortion.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 103 patients with early threatened abortion admitted to this hospital from March 2020 to March 2023.They were divided into study group(n=51)and control group(n=52)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Dydrogesterone tablets orally,while the study group was treated with Gushen Antai formula on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 d.The clinical efficacy,the pregnancy success rate,the TCM syndrome scores,the serum reproductive hormones[human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),progesterone,estradiol]levels,the serum inflammatory factors[interleukin(IL)-2,IL-10 and IL-18]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and the pregnancy success rate of the study group were 96.08%and 92.16%,respectively,which were higher than 80.77%and 75.00%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and the levels of serum IL-2 and IL-18 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of serum IL-10,β-HCG,progesterone and estradiol were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Gushen Antai formula combined with Dydrogesterone in the treatment of early threatened abortion is ideal,which can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the pregnancy success rate and improve the levels of reproductive hormones and inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to single Dydrogesterone treatment.
