基于微信平台的远程信息化护理在脊柱骨折术后患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的:观察基于微信平台的远程信息化护理在脊柱骨折术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年11月至2021年12月该院收治的82例脊柱骨折术后患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于微信平台的远程信息化护理,两组均护理1个月。比较两组护理前后负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分、依从率、自护能力[自我护理能力量表(ESCA)]评分、生命质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)]评分,以及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从率为95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自护责任感、健康知识、自我护理技能、自我概念等ESCA各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活状态、心理功能等GQOL-74各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.56%(40/41),高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上实施基于微信平台的远程信息化护理可提高脊柱骨折术后患者依从率、自护能力评分、生命质量评分和护理满意度,降低负性情绪评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。 Objective:To observe application effects of remote information nursing based on WeChat platform in postoperative patients with spinal fractures.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 postoperative patients with spinal fractures admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to December 2021.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the remote information nursing based on WeChat platform on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]scores,the compliance rate,the self-care ability[exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)]scores,the quality of life[general quality of life inventory(GQOL-74)]score,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than 80.49%(33/41)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of ESCA dimensions such as self-care responsibility,health knowledge,self-care skills and self-concept in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of GQOL-74 dimensions such as physical function,social function,material life status and psychological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.56%(40/41),which was higher than 80.49%(33/41)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The remote information nursing based on WeChat platform on the basis of the routine nursing can improve the compliance rate,the self-care ability scores,the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction of the postoperative patients with spinal fractures,and reduce the negative emotion scores.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
