摘要
血管钙化具有年龄依赖性,与心血管全因死亡率密切相关。目前越来越多的证据表明新型程序性细胞死亡方式包括铁死亡、焦亡、自噬等在血管钙化发生过程中起重要作用。该综述介绍了细胞程序性死亡的分子机制及其与血管钙化间的相互关系,阐述了通过调控细胞死亡途径关键分子抗血管钙化的证据。
Vascular calcification is age dependent and a risk factor for cardiovascular all-cause mortality.Recently,growing evidences have shown that novel forms of programmed cell death including ferroptosis,pyroptosis,and autophagy play an important role in the development of vascular calcification.This review introduces the molecular mechanism of programmed cell death and its relationship with vascular calcification,elucidates the evidence of anti-vascular calcification by regulating the cell death pathway key molecules.
