摘要
介绍了工业汽轮机的定义、技术特点及其在工业生产过程中的实际应用。考虑到工业汽轮机运行工况的复杂性,对其变工况特性进行了研究。随后,对汽轮机这类动力装置的结构特征及实际运行进行了重点研究,将汽轮机与传统蒸汽机进行对比,重点研究了二者之间的差异及实际应用领域,并对汽轮机未来的技术发展趋势进行了展望。汽轮机以其卓越的技术特点,已完全取代了蒸汽机的地位,目前已在火力发电、核能发电、船舶动力及石油化工等诸多领域得到了广泛应用。作为汽轮机中重要的一类分支产品,工业汽轮机在国民经济发展中扮演着重要角色,针对其开展的通用化、标准化及系列化进程也在高速推进中。
This article introduces the definition,technical characteristics,and practical applications of industrial steam turbines in industrial production processes.Considering the complexity of the operating conditions of in-dustrial steam turbines,their off-design characteristics are studied.Subsequently,the structural characteristics and practical operation of steam turbines and other power plants are focused on.By comparing steam turbines with traditional steam engines,the differences and practical application fields between them are studied,and the future technological development trend of steam turbines is prospected.With its excellent technical charac-teristics,steam turbines have completely replaced the position of steam engines,and are now widely used in many fields such as thermal power generation,nuclear power generation,marine power,and petrochemical in-dustry.As an important branch product of steam turbines,industrial steam turbines play an important role in the development of the national economy,and the process of generalization,standardization,and serialization for them is also advancing rapidly.
