摘要
燃煤发电企业环保电价相关政策是我国鼓励燃煤发电企业加大环保投入力度,减少大气污染物排放的电价加价政策。在分析现有燃煤发电企业环保电价政策体系建设、实践成效和监管模式的基础上,提出面临的问题和优化建议,以期能更好地发挥环保电价政策减排效应。
The policy of environmental protection electricity price for coal-fired power generation enterprises is a policy of electricity price increase that encourages coal-fired power generation enterprises to increase their investment in environmental protection and reduce the emission of atmospheric pollutants.Based on the analy-sis of the existing policy system construction,practical effectiveness,and regulatory model of environmental protection electricity price for coal-fired power generation enterprises,this paper puts forward the problems faced and optimization suggestions,in order to better play the role of environmental protection electricity price policy in reducing emissions.
