Price Analysis and Forecast of Building Energy Saving Materials

建筑节能材料在性能上虽大大优于传统材料,但建筑企业材料的选取仍应从性能、价格、工艺三方面进行比选。由于材料费用是工程造价的重要部分之一,其价格波动会引起工程造价的变化,故对材料价格的预测可使建筑企业提前决策,避免因价格波动导致现金流和利润的减少。通过指数平滑法对加气混凝土砌块价格进行预测,结果表明预测与实际价格非常接近,具有实际的应用和推广价值。

Although building energy saving materials are significantly superior to traditional materials in terms of performance,the selection of materials for construction companies should still be compared from three aspects:performance,price,and process.Since material costs are one of the important components of project costs,their price fluctuations can cause changes in project costs.Therefore,predicting material prices allows construction companies to make decisions in advance and avoid reductions in cash flow and profits due to price fluctuations.Predicting the price of aerated concrete blocks using the exponential smoothing method shows that the prediction is very close to the actual price,which has practical application and promotion value.
