摘要 为使活性炭吸附/脱附+催化燃烧系统更加透明、安全和节能,以汽车钣喷车间废气处理为例,从活性炭吸附/脱附+催化燃烧系统的过程控制和安全角度出发,阐述了过滤器滤袋、活性炭装填容量、换热器换热面积、催化剂装载容量等详细工艺参数,明确了工艺系统中主要控制流程和重要控制参数,为印染行业和喷涂行业的用户提供了设计思路和控制方式,为未来同行业提供了参考和借鉴。 In order to make the activated carbon adsorption/desorption+catalytic combustion system more transparent,safe and energy efficient,taking the exhaust gas treatment in the automotive sheet spray workshop as an example,from the perspective of process control and safety of the activated carbon adsorption/desorption+catalytic combustion system,detailed process parameters such as filter bag,activated carbon loading capacity,heat exchanger heat transfer area,catalyst loading capacity,etc.are explained,and the main control processes and important control parameters in the process system are clarified.This provides design ideas and control methods for users in the printing and dyeing industry and the spraying industry,and provides a reference for the future industry.
