摘要
为了探究不同年份风资源变化对海上风电场发电量的影响,为开发商提供经济效益评估和风险参考,基于再分析数据分析了近20年的风资源变化规律,采用三个不同风资源的样本对同一场址进行最优排布,基于Park尾流模型,计算不同风速、风向条件下的风电场发电量。结果表明,年平均风速越大,等效满发小时数波动越小,且风速变化对发电量的影响大于风向的变化,故海上风电场设计和运行阶段应充分考虑风资源的年际变化,特别是风速的变化。
In order to explore the impact of changes in wind resources on the power generation of offshore wind farms in different years and provide economic benefit evaluation and risk reference for developers,the variation pattern of wind resources in the past 20 years was analyzed based on reanalysis data.Three different wind resources samples were used to optimize the layout of the same site,and the power generation of the wind farm under different wind speed and wind direction conditions was calculated based on the Park wake model.The results showed that the larger the annual average wind speed,the smaller the fluctuation of equivalent full-load hours,and the impact of wind speed changes on power generation was greater than that of wind direction changes.Therefore,the interannual variation of wind resources,especially the change in wind speed,should be fully considered in the design and operation stages of offshore wind farms.
