疏血通合活血利水汤治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的效果

Effect of Shuxuetong and Huoxue Lishui Decoction on Upper Limb Lymphedema after Breast Cancer Surgery

目的:分析疏血通联合活血利水汤在乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿治疗中的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月江西省肿瘤医院收治的乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者60例,采用1︰1原则随机将其分为对照组与试验组,各30例,对照组采用马栗种子提取物治疗,试验组采用疏血通联合活血利水汤治疗,比较两组上肢四点臂围、疗效、水肿程度、中医症候积分。结果:治疗14 d后,试验组上肢四点臂围均值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组水肿程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组中医症候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用疏血通联合活血利水汤治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的效果显著,有效促使患者病情改善,缩小患肢肿胀程度,改善其预后。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Shuxuetong combined with Huoxue Lishui Decoction in the treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Method:Sixty patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group with 30 cases each by 1︰1 randomized method.The control group were treated with Horse Chestnut Seed Extract,and the experimental group were treated with Shuxuetong combined with Huoxue Lishui Decoction.The four-point arm circumference,curative effect,edema degree and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Result:After 14 days of treatment,the mean of four-point arm circumference of upper limbs in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Edema degree of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuxuetong combined with Huoxue Lishui Decoction has significant effect in the treatment of patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery,effectively promote the improvement of the condition,reduce the degree of swelling of the affected limb,improve the prognosis.
