医养结合互联网模式下的居家健康管理在肝硬化失代偿期患者中的应用

Application of In-home Health Management under the Mode of Integration of Medical and Nursing Combined with Internet in Patients with Cirrhosis of Decompensation Stage

目的:探究与分析医养结合互联网模式下的居家健康管理在肝硬化失代偿期患者中的应用。方法:选取南昌大学第一附属医院2021年1月—2022年10月消化内科收治的肝硬化失代偿期患者100例作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规健康管理,在对照组基础上,观察组给予医养结合互联网模式下的居家健康管理。对比两组患者用药依从性、自我管理能力、知信行行为。结果:与对照组比较,观察组总依从率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与管理前比较,两组管理后饮食管理、日常生活管理、用药管理、病情监测管理、疾病相关知识、预防态度、预防行为评分均更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组管理后饮食管理、日常生活管理、用药管理、病情监测管理、疾病相关知识、预防态度、预防行为评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论:医养结合互联网模式下的居家健康管理在肝硬化失代偿期患者中的应用明显提高了患者的用药依从性,患者自我管理、知信行能力得以提升。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application of in-home health management under the mode of integration of medical and nursing combined with internet in patients with cirrhosis of decompensation stage.Method:A total of 100 patients with cirrhosis of decompensation stage admitted to the Gastroenterology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health management.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given in-home health management under the mode of integration of medical and nursing combined with internet.Drug compliance,self-management ability and knowledge,attitude,belief behavior were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the total compliance rate in the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before management,scores of dietary management,daily living management,drug management,disease surveillance management,disease-related knowledge,preventive attitude and preventive behavior were higher in both groups after management(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of dietary management,daily living management,drug management,disease surveillance management,disease-related knowledge,preventive attitude and preventive behavior were higher in the observation group after management(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of in-home health management under the mode of integration of medical and nursing combined with internet in patients with cirrhosis of decompensation stage significantly improve the patients'drug compliance,and the patients'self-management and knowledge,attitude,belief abilities are improved.
