散风通窍滴丸治疗急性鼻炎的临床效果及安全性

Clinical Effect and Safety of Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills in the Treatment of Acute Rhinitis

目的:探讨散风通窍滴丸治疗急性鼻炎的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2022年1—12月昆山市中医医院收治的120例急性鼻炎患者,用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=60)应用头孢克肟分散片治疗,观察组(n=60)应用头孢克肟分散片+散风通窍滴丸治疗。比较两组中医症状积分,免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、IgA、IgM、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、IL-8及IL-10水平,临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗后观察组鼻塞、流涕、鼻黏膜充血、咽喉疼痛、鼻痒、头痛积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IgG、IgA、IgM水平较对照组均显著更高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8及IL-10水平较对照组均明显更低(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为96.67%,相比对照组的83.33%显著更高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规抗生素基础上给予散风通窍滴丸可明显改善急性鼻炎患者的症状,减轻炎症反应,调节免疫,临床疗效显著,且安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills in the treatment of acute rhinitis.Method:A total of 120 patients with acute rhinitis treated in Kunshan Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=60)was treated with Cefixime Dispersible Tablets,the observation group(n=60)was treated with Cefixime Dispersible Tablets+Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills.The TCM symptoms integrations,the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),IgA,IgM,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(interleukin-6),IL-8 and IL-10,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the integrations of nasal obstruction,runny snivel,nasal mucosa hyperemia,sore throat,nose itching and headache in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional antibiotic,combined with Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with acute rhinitis,reduce inflammatory reaction,regulate immunity,and have significant clinical efficacy and high safety.
