宫腔镜检查在子宫内膜癌患者中的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of hysteroscopy in patients with endometrial cancer

目的探讨宫腔镜检查在子宫内膜癌患者中的诊断价值。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月临沂市中医医院收治的600例疑似子宫内膜癌患者,均接受阴道超声检查及宫腔镜检查。以病理诊断结果作为金标准,比较两种检查方式的诊断效能。结果病理诊断结果显示,子宫内膜癌确诊14例。宫腔镜检查的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于经阴道超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于子宫内膜癌的诊断,宫腔镜检查具有更高的灵敏度、特异度与准确度,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy in patients with endometrial cancer.Methods A total of 600 patients with suspected endometrial cancer admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected to undergo vaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy.Pathological diagnosis results were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficacy of the two methods.Results Pathological diagnosis showed that 14 cases of endometrial cancer were confirmed.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of hysteroscopy were higher than those of transvaginal ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the diagnosis of endometrial cancer,hysteroscopy has higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,and is worth popularizing and applyin g.
