腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果

Clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cyst

目的分析腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年5月商河县人民医院收治的80例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,根据抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,比较两组手术相关指标、卵巢功能(FSH、E2、LH)。结果观察组手术时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FSH、LH低于对照组,E2高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿,能改善手术相关指标及卵巢功能。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cyst.Methods A total of 80 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to Shanghe County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the lottery method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.The surgery-related indexes and ovarian function(FSH,E2,LH)were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,anal exhaust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FSH and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and E2 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts can improve the operation related indexes and ovarian function.
