摘要
目的分析热性惊厥儿童血清电解质及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平变化及临床意义。方法选取2021年7月至2023年5月南宁市邕宁区人民医院儿科接收的热性惊厥患儿、伴发热无惊厥的上呼吸道感染患儿及健康体检儿童各60例作为研究对象,分别将其纳入A组、B组、C组。比较三组血清电解质及NSE水平。结果A组的Na^(+)、Cl^(-)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)水平均低于B组、C组(P<0.05),B组的Na^(+)、Cl^(-)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)水平均低于C组(P<0.05);三组间K^(+)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组的NSE水平高于B组、C组(P<0.05),B组的NSE水平与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热性惊厥儿童的血清电解质及NSE水平与非热性惊厥儿童有明显区别,临床诊治热性惊厥儿童应对以上指标引起重视。
Objective To analyze the changes and clinical significance of serum electrolyte and neuron specific enolase(NSE)levels in children with febrile convulsion.Methods Children with febrile convulsion,children with upper respiratory tract infection accompanied by fever without convulsion and children with health examination in the Department of Pediatrics,People’s Hospital of Yongning District,Nanning City from July 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were included in group A,group B,and group C,respectively,with 60 cases in each group.The serum electrolyte and NSE levels of the three groups were compared.Results The levels of Na^(+),Cl^(-),Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)in the group A were lower than those in the group B and group C(P<0.05).The levels of Na^(+),Cl^(-),Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)in the group B were lower than those in the group C(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant in K^(+)level among the there groups(P>0.05).The NSE level in the group A was higher than that in the group B and group C(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant in NSE level between the group B and the group C(P>0.05).Conclusion The serum electrolytes and NSE of children with febrile convulsion are significantly different from those of children without febrile convulsion.The above indicators should be paid attention in clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with febrile convulsion.
