自由体位助产联合无痛分娩对初产妇疼痛程度、产程及母婴结局的影响

Effect of free position midwifery combined with painless delivery on the pain degree,labor process and maternal and infant outcomes in primipara

目的探讨初产妇采用自由体位助产联合无痛分娩对疼痛程度、产程及母婴结局的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年3月在烟台业达医院行自然分娩的92例初产妇,以随机数字表法分为研究组(n=46)和对照组(n=46)。对照组给予常规助产,研究组给予自由体位助产联合无痛分娩,比较两组疼痛程度(VAS)、产程及母婴结局。结果与对照组比较,研究组VAS评分更低,第一产程、第二产程更短(P<0.05);研究组会阴侧切率及不良母婴结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在初产妇分娩中采用自由体位助产联合无痛分娩,能够减轻疼痛程度,缩短产程,降低会阴侧切率、不良母婴结局发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of free position midwifery combined with painless delivery on pain degree,labor process and maternal and infant outcomes in primiparas.Methods A total of 92 primiparas who had natural delivery in Yantai Yeda Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into study group(n=46)and control group(n=46)by random number table method.The control group was given routine midwifery,and the study group was given free position midwifery combined with painless delivery.The pain degree(VAS),labor process and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the VAS score of the study group was lower,and the first and second stages of labor were shorter(P<0.05).The episiotomy rate and the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of free position midwifery combined with painless delivery in primipara delivery can reduce the degree of pain,shorten the labor process,reduce the rate of episiotomy and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
