运动疗法在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用效果

Application effect of exercise therapy in the nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨运动疗法在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年10月于南京市第一医院内分泌科门诊就诊的58例妊娠糖尿病患者,根据入院顺序奇偶数分为参照组(29例)与研讨组(29例)。参照组予以常规护理,研讨组予以运动疗法。比较两组血糖水平、不良心理状态、剖宫产率及不良妊娠结局总发生率。结果护理后,研讨组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。研讨组剖宫产率及不良妊娠结局总发生率均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用效果较好,有助于控制血糖水平,改善不良心理状态,辅助降低剖宫产率及不良妊娠结局总发生率。

Objective To investigate the application effect of exercise therapy in the nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2021 to October 2022,58 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who visited the Outpatient Department of Endocrinology of Nanjing First Hospital were selected.According to the odd and even admission order,they were divided into the reference group(29 cases)and the study group(29 cases).The reference group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given exercise therapy.Blood glucose level,adverse psychological state,cesarean section rate and overall incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate and the overall incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of exercise therapy in the nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus is good,which can help control blood sugar level,improve adverse psychological state,reduce the rate of cesarean section and the overall incidence of adverse pregna ncy outcomes.
