人文关怀护理对分娩产妇恐惧感、疼痛程度及顺产率的影响

Effect of humanistic nursing on the degree of fear, pain and vaginal delivery rate of parturient women

目的探讨人文关怀护理对分娩产妇恐惧感、疼痛程度及顺产率的影响。方法选取2022年1月至10月联勤保障部队第968医院收治的84例分娩产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各42例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理+人文关怀护理。比较两组恐惧感、疼痛程度及顺产率。结果护理后,观察组恐惧程度量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组第一产程、第二产程和第三产程的视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组顺产率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理可有效缓解分娩产妇的恐惧感、疼痛程度,提高顺产率,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic nursing on the degree of fear,pain and vaginal delivery rate of parturient women.Methods A total of 84 parturient women admitted to the 968th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force from January to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received routine nursing+humanistic nursing.The degree of fear,pain and vaginal delivery rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the score of subjective units of distress scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale scores of the first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing can effectively relieve the fear and pain of parturient women,improve the rate of vaginal delivery,and have clinical promotion value.
