整体护理在新生儿喉炎中的应用效果

Application effect of holistic nursing in neonatal laryngitis

目的探讨整体护理在新生儿喉炎中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2023年1月于平邑县人民医院耳鼻咽喉科接受治疗的60例喉炎新生儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)、观察组(30例)。对照组行常规护理,观察组行整体护理,比较两组临床症状改善时间、并发症总发生率及护理总满意率。结果护理后,观察组患儿发热、声音嘶哑、咳嗽、喉鸣音、呼吸困难改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属的护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在新生儿喉炎中的应用效果显著,能够促进症状缓解、减少并发症,且家属的满意率较高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in neonatal laryngitis.Methods A total of 60 neonates with laryngitis in Department of Otolaryngology,People’s Hospital of Pingyi County from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received holistic nursing.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,the total incidence of complications and the total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the improvement time of fever,hoarseness,cough,laryngeal stridor and dyspnea in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing in neonatal laryngitis has significant application effect,can promote symptom relief,reduce complications,and has high nursing satisfaction rate of family members,which is worth promoting.
