精细护理路径在小儿腹泻中的应用

Application of fine nursing pathway in pediatric diarrhea

目的探讨精细护理路径在小儿腹泻中的应用。方法选取2022年4月至2023年5月泰安八十八医院儿科收治的76例腹泻患儿,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组38例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用精细护理路径,比较两组症状消失时间、治疗依从性以及家长护理满意度。结果观察组腹泻、呕吐、发热消失时间以及脱水纠正时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家长护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细护理路径在小儿腹泻中的应用效果显著,能够促进症状缓解,提高依从性和满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application of fine nursing pathway in pediatric diarrhea.Methods A total of 76 children with diarrhea in the Department of Pediatrics,Tai’an 88 Hospital from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received fine nursing pathway.The symptom disappearance time,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of parents were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of diarrhea,vomiting and fever and the correction time of dehydration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing pathway in pediatric diarrhea has significant application effect,which can promote symptom relief,improve compliance and satisfaction,and is worth promoting.
