高校青年教师提升道德修养的意义与路径研究

Research on theSignificance and Path of Young Teachers in Universities to Improve Their Moral Cultivation

提升高校青年教师的道德修养具有重要意义,能够满足立德树人的需要、适应当前高校学生思想多元化的现实情况、有利于青年教师自身发展以及促进高校教师道德修养工作改革。然而,当前我国高校青年教师在道德修养上存在着政治素养不足、功利主义盛行、腐朽思想滋长和建设力度薄弱等问题。这些问题的解决,需要在思想政治教育、制度建设、文化营造和榜样引领等层面着力,为高校青年教师道德修养水平提升探寻切实可行的路径。

It is of great significance to improve the moral cultivation of young teachers in universities,which can meet the needs of fostering virtue,adapt to the reality of the current pluralism of college students thoughts,realize the self-development of young teachers and promote the reform of moral cultivation of university teachers.However,at present,there are some problems in the moral cultivation of young teachers in universities in China,such as insufficient political literacy,the prevalence of utilitarianism,the growth of decadent ideas,and the weak construction efforts.To solve these problems,it is necessary to focus on ideological and political education,system construction,cultural creation and role model guidance,so as to explore a practical path for the improvement of the moral cultivation level of young teachers in universities.
