大截面分割导体焊接及试验验证

摘要 为了验证大截面分割导体焊接后的机械性能及电气性能,针对2500 mm^(2)铜分割导体进行了焊接样品试制,并对样品进行了直流电阻试验、抗拉强度测试和热循环试验。试验结果表明:2500 mm^(2)分割导体焊接后直流电阻平均增加5.3%,焊接点解剖显示焊接点无气孔及漏焊等情况;分割导体接头的抗拉强度为172 MPa,断裂位置在焊接热影响区,满足GB/T 3048—2007要求;热循环试验中加热稳定后,导体接头温度比导体本体温度高9.3%,对电缆系统传输容量有一定的影响。 In order to verify the mechanical and electrical performance of milliken conductor with large cross section after welding,several welding samples of the 2500 mm^(2) copper conductor were made and DC resistance test,tensile strength test and heating cycle test were carried out on these samples.Test results showed that DC resistance of the conductor was increased by 5.3%on average after welding and there was no porosity or incomplete welding after dissection of the welds.Tensile strength of milliken conductor joint was 172 MPa,and fracture point was in the welding heat affected zone,which met the standard requirements in GB/T 3048—2017.After heating stabilization in heating cycle test,conductor joint temperature was 9.3%higher than conductor temperature,which had a certain impact on transmission capacity of the cable system.
