当前露天煤矿发展过程中存在的问题及解决措施

阐述了我国煤炭露天开采事业在高速发展过程中存在的地质环境、占用土地、土地复垦、合理资源划分、开发与规划矛盾、闭坑阶段规范不健全等问题;提出推动绿色矿山制度建设、优化土地利用方式、科学处理露井联采资源等多方面的解决措施;并对中国煤炭露天事业前景进行展望。

This article expounds the existing problems in the rapid development of China's open-pit coal mining industry,for instance:geological environment,land occupation,land reclamation,rational resource division,contradiction between development and planning,imperfect specifications in the pit closure stage,and etc.and proposes various solutions,such as promoting the construction of green mine system,optimizing land use mode,and scientifically dealing with the combined open-pit and underground mining resources and etc.and makes a preliminary outlook on the prospect of China's open-pit coal industry.
