重复人工流产女性避孕知识调查及影响因素分析

Investigation on contraceptive knowledge of women with repeated induced abortion and analysis of influencing factors

目的:探讨重复人工流产女性避孕知识知晓情况并分析有关影响因素。方法:选择2021年1月-2022年12月本院门诊583名重复人工流产女性,问卷调查一般资料及避孕知识情况;应用单因素分析及多因素线性回归分析探究流产女性避孕知识影响因素。结果:共发放问卷583份,收回有效问卷546份,有效回收率93.7%。546名避孕知识问卷评分4.92±0.87分,总体得分率为54.7%;单因素分析,年龄、户籍地、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、父母婚姻状况、生育史、人工流产次数、主动从不同途径了解避孕知识均可能与重复人工流产女性避孕知识知晓情况有关(P<0.05);多因素线性回归分析显示,年龄大、文化程度高、家庭人均月收入高、父母未离异、人工流产≥3次、能主动了解避孕知识均对其避孕知识知晓产生正向影响(P<0.05)。结论:门诊重复人工流产女性避孕知识水平较低,影响因素多样,应加强针对性宣传教育。

Objective:To explore the awareness status of contraceptive knowledge of women with repeated induced abortion,and to analyze the related influencing factors.Methods:From January 2021to December 2022,583women with repeated induced abortion in the outpatient department were selected in this study.The general information and the contraceptive knowledge of the women were investigated.Univariate analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of contraceptive knowledge of these women.Results:A total of 583 questionnaires were distributed and 546valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 93.7%.The score of contraceptive knowledge questionnaire of the women was 4.92±0.87points,and the overall score rate of contraceptive knowledge was 54.7%.Univariate analysis showed that the age,the household registration,the education level,the family monthly income per capita,the parents'marital status,the reproductive history,the number of induced abortions,and the learning contraceptive knowledge from different ways of the women could be related to their awareness of contraceptive knowledge(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the advanced age,the high education level,the high family monthly income per capita,the parents without divorce,the more times of induced abortions,and the initiative to understand contraceptive knowledge of the women had positive influence on their contraceptive knowledge awareness(P<0.05).Conclusion:The contraceptive knowledge level of the women with repeated induced abortion from outpatient is poor,and its influencing factors are diverse.Targeted publicity and education for these women should be strengthened.
