门诊人工流产女性避孕知识认知及影响因素分析

Analysis of the cognition of contraceptive knowledge and its influencing factors of women with induced abortion from outpatient

目的:调查门诊人工流产女性避孕认知状况,并分析可能影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法抽取2021年1月-2022年12月本院妇产科就诊的意外妊娠要求行人工流产女性350例为研究对象,问卷调查研究对象一般人口学资料以及避孕知识知晓现状,使用多元线性回归法分析影响避孕知识认知危险因素。结果:共发放问卷350份,回收有效问卷341份,有效回收率97.4%。341例避孕知识认知总得分(62.49±13.88分)低于满分100分,其中生殖健康知识(21.48±3.75分)、短效避孕措施认知(20.75±4.01分)得分高于长效可逆避孕措施知识(9.04±3.26分)及避孕措施使用知识(15.93±4.09分)得分(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄小、文化程度低、未婚及月收入低的流产女性是影响避孕知识认知得分的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论:门诊人工流产女性避孕认知水平较低,而年龄较小、文化程度低、未婚及月收入低是认知水平低的影响因素。

Objective:To investigate the cognition status of the contraceptive knowledge of women from outpatient,and to analyze its possible influencing factors.Method:A total of 350women with unplanned pregnancy who wanted induced abortion were selected in this study by convenience sampling from January 2021to December 2022.The general demographic data and the cognition status of the contraceptive knowledge of the women were survived by questionnaire.The risk factors affecting cognition of the contraceptive knowledge of the women were analyzed by multiple linear regression method.Results:A total of 350questionnaires were distributed and 341valid questionnaires were returned,with an effective recovery rate of 97.4%.The total score of the cognition of the contraceptive knowledge of the women was 62.49±13.88points,and which was lower than that(100points)of the standardized score.The score of reproductive health knowledge(21.48±3.75points)or the cognition of the short-acting contraceptive(20.75±4.01points)of the women were significant higher than that(9.04±3.26points)of the long-acting reversible contraceptive knowledge or that(15.93±4.09points)of the knowledge about contraceptive used(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the young women,the women with low education level,the unmarried women,and the women with low monthly income were the independent risk factors affecting their cognition score of contraceptive knowledge(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The women with abortion from outpatient have low level of contraceptive cognition.The young women,the low educational level,the unmarried status,and the low average monthly income of the women are the affecting factors of their low contraceptive cognition level.
