个案管理模式用于PCOS不孕患者生活方式管理的效果

Effect observation of individual management model for the lifestyle management of infertile patients with polycystic ovarysyndrome

目的:探讨个案管理模式用于多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者生活方式管理的效果。方法:选取本院2022年1-8月确诊的82例PCOS不孕患者为研究对象,按照患者确诊的先后顺序将研究对象分为对照组和观察组各41例,对照组给予常规生活方式干预,观察组在其基础上实施个案管理模式,比较干预前和干预3个月后两组患者体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比、体脂率、肌肉量及生活方式和生活质量评分的差异。结果:干预后观察组的BMI(25.82±3.49)kg/m2、腰臀比(0.81±0.04)、体脂率(31.60±3.37)%均低于对照组的(28.17±6.16)kg/m2、(0.83±0.06)、(33.82±5.73)%(t=-2.028、-2.078、-2.040;P<0.05),生活方式自评得分优于对照组(t=-3.301,P=0.001),生活质量得分高于对照组(t=2.060,P=0.043)。结论:实施个案管理模式可以降低PCOS不孕患者的BMI、腰臀比、体脂率,帮助患者改善生活方式,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of case management model for the lifestyle management of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 82infertility patients with PCOS were selected and were divided into two groups with 41cases each according to the order of diagnosis from January to August 2022.The patients in the control group received routine lifestyle intervention,and the patients in the experimental group received case management model on the basis of the patients in the control group.The body mass index(BMI)value,the waist?to-hip ratio,the body fat percentage,the muscle mass,the lifestyle and the quality of life of the patients before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the BMI value(25.82±3.49 kg/m2),the waist-hip ratio(0.81±0.04),and the body fat rate(31.60±3.37%)of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those(28.17±6.16kg/m2,0.83±0.06,and 33.82±5.73%)of the patients in the control group(t=-2.028,-2.078,-2.040,P<0.05).The self-assessment score of the lifestyle of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the patients in the control group(t=-3.301,P=0.001),and the quality of life score of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group(t=2.060,P=0.043).Conclusion:The implementation of case management model for the infertility patients with PCOS can reduce their BMI value,waist-to-hip ratio and body fat percentage,and which can help improve the lifestyle and quality of life of the patients.
