摘要
高速动车组空气系统依靠供风单元提供压缩空气,进而实现制动、空气悬挂控制等功能,因此,提供的压缩空气品质会直接影响空气系统各部件的正常工作。如果供风单元的干燥器出现故障,提供的压缩空气湿度将大幅上升,进而会在空气系统中生成大量冷凝水,对空气系统部件将造成极大危害。如果干燥器故障未及时发现,在动车组运用过程中冷凝水导致空气系统部件故障,动车组的运行安全也将受到很大影响。因此,确保供风单元干燥器正常工作及有效地功能诊断对动车组运行安全有着十分重要的作用。文章介绍了可用于国内常见动车组的供风单元干燥器车载故障诊断方案,当干燥器故障时可为运维单位提供故障提示,从而可避免故障进一步扩大,避免对部件或动车组造成不良影响。
The air system of high-speed EMU is supplied with compressed air by the air supply unit to realize the functions of braking,air suspension control etc.Therefore,the quality of compressed air will directly affect the normal operation of all components of the air system.Once the dryer of air supply unit fails,the humidity of the compressed air will rise greatly,and then a large amount of condensed water will be generated in the air system,causing great harm to the air system components.If the fault is not found in time,the condensed water will lead to the failure of air system components during the operation of EMUs,greatly affecting the operation safety.Therefore,it is very important to ensure the normal operation and effective functional diagnosis of the air supply unit dryer.This paper introduces the on-board fault diagnosis scheme of the air supply unit dryer which can be used in common EMUs in China.In the case of dryer fault,it can provide fault prompt for operation and maintenance units,thus avoiding further expansion of faults and adverse effects on components or EMUs.
