摘要
单转向架更换装置进行更换转向架作业时需要承受较大的载荷,对设备的强度有很高的要求。文章针对适用于临修作业的单转向架更换装置关键受力机构进行了静强度计算,并进行了试验验证。理论计算和试验结果都表明,单转向架更换装置静强度满足使用要求,并具有较大的安全余量。
The single bogie replacement device has to bear a large load during the operation of bogie replacement,so the requirement for its strength is very high.This article calculates the static strength of the critical force-bearing mechanism of the single bogie replacement device applicable to the temporary repair and verifies the result by testing.Both results of the theoretical calculation and the test show that the static strength of the single bogie replacement device comply with the operating requirement and has a large safety margin.
