Application of the Safety Monitoring System in the LNG Transport Equipment

文章简要介绍了国内外液化天然气运输装备及其安全监测系统的应用现状,结合国内既有液化天然气运输装备的运用工况和结构特点,在分析安全监测系统安装要求的基础上,分别介绍了液化天然气铁路罐车、液化天然气罐式集装箱、联运罐式集装箱的安全监测系统的主要结构和性能,并提出了安全监测系统在液化天然气运输装备上实际应用过程中存在的主要问题。

This article briefly introduces the application status of the LNG transport equipment and its safety monitoring system at home and abroad,and combining the operating condition and the structural characteristics of the existing LNG transport equipment in China and based on the analysis of the installation requirements of the safety monitoring system,it describes the main structure and performance of the safety monitoring systems for LNG railway tank car,LNG tank container and combined transportation tank container,and puts forward the main problems existing in the actual application of the safety monitoring system in the LNG transport equipment.
