摘要
基布作为过滤材料的支撑体,在不恶化过滤性能的前提下,还需具备良好的机械性能。本研究以异面织物作为滤料基布,制备了三种不同组织结构的基布复合过滤材料,并对复合过滤材料、基布与非织造布的力学性能、孔径和过滤性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:机织复合过滤材料的断裂强力较大,断裂伸长率较小,而异面复合过滤材料首次断裂的强力略低于机织复合过滤材料,但首次断裂后仍能保持材料结构的完整性,这是其它几种过滤材料不具备的;异面复合过滤材料的平均孔径和透气率较小,过滤效果较好。
As the support body of the filter material,the base fabric needs to have good mechanical properties without deteriorating the filtration performance.In this study,three kinds of composite filter materials with different structure were prepared by using bifacial fabrics as filter material base fabric,and the mechanical properties,pore size and filtration properties of composite filter materials,base fabric and nonwoven fabric were compared and analyzed.The results show that the woven composite filter material has larger breaking strength and smaller elongation at break,while the first breaking strength of the bifacial composite filter material is slightly lower,but the integrity of the material can still be maintained after the first breaking.The mean pore size and air permeability of bifacial composite filter material are smaller,and its filtration effect is better.
