PS混合动力总成匹配矿用自卸车仿真计算

摘要 由于特殊的作业工况(重载上坡、重载下坡及复合工况),矿用自卸车需要大扭矩来爬坡。功率分流(PS)混合动力总成能够实现由发动机和电动机共同向整车传递扭矩,满足矿用自卸车的需求。运用AVLCruise整车仿真软件,对匹配PS混合动力总成的整车进行节油率以及运行策略仿真,根据实际采集路谱(重载上坡),对4种运行状态进行了模拟。研究表明,搭载PS混合动力总成的矿用自卸车相对于传统车型至少节油13%,在某些运行状态下节油率能达到19%。 The power split(PS)hybrid powertrain is capable of transmitting torque from the engine and the electric motor to meet the needs of mining dump trucks due to their special operating conditions(heavy uphill,heavy downhill and combined conditions),which require high torque to achieve hill climbing.It uses AVL Cruise simulation software to simulate the fuel efficiency and operating strate-gy of a PS hybrid powertrain.Simulations were carried out for four different operating states based on actual collected road profiles(heavy uphill),and the study showed that a complete mining dump truck equipped with a PS hybrid powertrain can save at least 13%of fuel compared to a conventional model,and in some operating conditions can save up to 19%.
