摘要
针对某款新开发的柴油机进行分析,利用AVL Excite-Timing Drive软件建立齿轮传动系统(简称齿轮系)的多体动力学模型,并耦合配气机构多阀系进行仿真计算,分析在传动过程中各齿轮啮合的平稳性,并依据齿轮的敲击次数和敲击能量对油泵等零部件进行选型。同时根据齿轮在径向平面上的位移,得到齿轮的轴心轨迹,依据轴心轨迹给出了齿轮的油道布置建议。
Aiming at a newly developed medium diesel engine and using AVL Excite-Timing Drive software,the multi-body dynamics model of gear transmission system was established.The multi valve system of the valve train is coupled for simulation calculation.The meshing stability of each gear in the transmission process of gear train is analyzed.According to the number of knock times and energy of the gear,the oil pump and other parts are selected.At the same time,according to the displacement of the gear on the radial plane,the axis trajectory of the gear is got.Further according to the trajectory of axle center,the suggestions of gear oil channel layout are given.
