基于粗集料形态特征的AC沥青路面路用性能研究

摘要 采用Image-Pro Plus影像处理平台进行集料形态特征量化分析,选用4种不同形态特征粗集料进行沥青混合料配合比设计和路用性能研究。通过路用性能指标和集料形态特征指标建立灰色关联模型,对沥青混合料路用性能影响因素进行关联度分析。研究得出:粗集料形态特征对AC-13沥青混合料最佳油石比影响显著,高温稳定性受粗集料棱角性影响较大,低温抗裂性能和水稳定性能受粗集料棱角性和针片状影响较大。 The Image-Pro Plus image processing platform is used in this study to quantify the morphological characteristics of aggregates,and four coarse aggregates with different morphological characteristics are selected for the design of asphalt mixture ratio and the investigation of its road performance.The grey correlation model is established through the road performance index and aggregate morphological characteristics index,and the correlation degree analysis is carried out to analyze the influencing factors of the road performance of asphalt mixture.The results show that the morphological characteristics of coarse aggregates have a significant influence on the optimal oil-to-stone ratio of AC-13 asphalt mixture,the high temperature stability is greatly affected by the angularity of coarse aggregates,and the low temperature crack resistance and water stability are greatly affected by the angularity and needle flake of the coarse aggregate.
