摘要
集市型社区复合商业、公共、交通、居住功能空间,具有经济、社会与文化效益。随着城市建设步入存量时代,社区空间更新强调由“量”转向“质”变,老城集市型社区在多因素作用下出现空间失序现象。结合空间失序理论,探究集市型社区失序空间的影响因素,运用AHP层次分析法构建集市型社区的失序空间评价体系,结合Yaahp软件得出各要素的权重和评价体系结果。评价体系运用于合肥七桂塘社区,发掘社区失序要素并提出针对性的社区有机更新策略,为集市型社区评价体系相关研究提供参考,为精细化城市设计与社区更新实践提供经验。
Market-type communities are a combination of commercial,public,transportation and residential spaces with economic,social and cultural benefits.As urban construction enters the stock age,the spatial renewal of community space has shifted from“quantitative”to“qualitative”changes,and the spatial disorder phenomenon has emerged under the effect of multiple factors.Guided by the theory of spatial disorder,this study investigated the factors influencing the disordered space of market-type communities.By using the AHP hierarchical analysis and the Yaahp software,an evaluation system for the disordered space of markettype communities was constructed and the weights of each factor and the evaluation system results were obtained.The evaluation system was then applied to Hefei Qiguitang community to explore the disorder factors and propose targeted strategies for the organic renewal of the community.The results of this study will provide a reference for the research on the evaluation system of market-type communities and add experience to the refined urban design and community renewal practice.
