城市更新是当前城市发展的重要课题之一,也是实现城市可持续发展的关键策略之一,研究旨在探讨青岛市更新评价指标体系,研究了城市更新的概念与实践历程,回顾了青岛市的城市更新进展,对国内外城市更新评价体系进行综述,构建出城市更新背景下青岛市城市更新评价体系,划分为空间利用、城市交通、基础设施、绿色生态、经济效益、社会文化6个维度,以期发现现状城市更新的不足,促进城市的可持续发展。

Urban renewal is one of the important topics about current urban development and one of the key strategies for realizing sustainable urban development.Aiming to explore the renewal evaluation index system of Qingdao,this study first examines the concept of urban regeneration and the practice of it in history,and then reviews the progress of urban regeneration in Qingdao.After giving an overview of urban regeneration evaluation systems at home and abroad,this study establishes an evaluation system for Qingdao’s urban renewal in the context of urban regeneration,which is divided into six dimensions:spatial utilization,urban transportation,infrastructure,green ecology,economic benefits and social culture.It is hoped that this system could help discover the shortcomings of current urban regeneration and promote the sustainable development of cities.
