双极电化学电解装置对盐水软化的性能评价

摘要 开发了一种双极电极电化学电解装置用于盐水软化,该装置采用聚四氟乙烯膜和双极电极作为酸碱分离材料,可构建4个腔室,阴极室出水回流至感应阴极室进行进一步软化。电流密度采用8 mA/cm^(2)时,Ca^(2+)去除率在碱性流和终端汇流中分别达到85%和57%,去除每千克CaCO_(3)能耗仅为0.62 kW·h。酸性流和碱性流最终汇流成终端出水,pH值为7,Ryznar稳定性指数为6.75。此外,浊度研究以及物相分析表明,在阴极室中沉积的CaCO_(3)颗粒对感应阴极室中的CaCO_(3)二次沉积存在优化作用。 In this study,a bipolar electrochemical electrolysis device was developed for saline water softening.This device employs the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)membrane and bipolar electrode as the separating materials to build four chambers,among which the effluent of the cathode chamber flows to the induced cathode chamber for further softening.At 8 mA/cm^(2)the optimum calcium harness removal efficiencies of 85%and 57%could be reached respectively in the induced cathode effluent and terminal effluent,with the energy consumption of 0.62 kW·h.The acid stream and alkaline stream are mixed with the terminal pH value of 7.0,where the Ryznar stability index was 6.75.Besides,the turbidity study and the physical phase analysis showed that the calcium carbonate particles deposited in the cathode chamber could optimize the secondary calcium carbonate deposition in the induced cathode chamber.
