慢性疲劳综合征量表评定效应分析

Evaluation effect analysis of chronic fatigue syndrome scale

慢性疲劳综合征以长期持续疲劳且休息后难以恢复为主要临床表现,患者除疲劳外还常见精神状态改变(如抑郁、焦虑等趋势),睡眠质量下降,甚至全身肌肉酸痛、头痛、咽痛、关节痛等一系列严重影响生活质量的伴随症状。近年来,该病发病率逐年上升,但临床检查多无器质性病变,故采用量表作为诊断与检测治疗效果的主要方法。量表使用过程中存在选择标准不明等问题,为了今后使用量表指向性更明确,选择更规范,本研究对评定慢性疲劳综合征的不同类别量表进行评定效应分析。

Chronic fatigue syndrome is characterized by long-term sustained fatigue and difficulty to recover after rest.In addition to fatigue,patients also commonly experience changes in mental state(such as depression,anxiety and other symptoms),decreased sleep quality,and even a series of accompanying symptoms that seriously affect the quality of life,such as muscle soreness,headache,sore throat and joint pain.In recent years,the incidence of the disease has increased year by year,but most of the clinical examinations have no organic lesions,so the scale is used as the main method of diagnosis and detection of treatment effect.There are some problems such as unclear selection criteria in the process of using the scale.In order to make the direction of using the scale clearer and the selection more standardized in the future,this study analyzes the evaluation effect of different categories of scales for evaluating chronic fatigue syndrome.
