催化氧化含氯挥发性有机物过程机制及催化剂失活和再生的研究进展

摘要 含氯挥发性有机物(CVOCs)是一类毒性大、降解难、来源广的物质,存在于环境介质中会对环境构成严重威胁。催化氧化技术是控制CVOCs排放的最有效方法之一,但催化剂常因中毒、烧结、积炭等原因失活。主要总结了催化氧化CVOCs过程中催化剂失活的原因和再生方法,并对过程机制进行简单介绍。 Chlorine-containing volatile organic compounds(CVOCs)are a class of substances with high toxicity,difficult degradation and extensive sources,which exist in environmental media and pose a serious threat to environment.Catalytic oxidation technology is one of the most effective methods to control CVOCs emission,but catalysts are often inactivated due to poisoning,sintering,carbon deposition and other reasons.In this paper,the causes of catalyst deactivation and regeneration methods in catalytic oxidation of CVOCs were summarized,and the process mechanism was briefly introduced.
