摘要
目的建立一种基于重心点测量的颅颌CT影像高精度三维配准方法,用于评估不同时期颅颌骨形态变化。方法收集2016年1月至2021年12月期间20对治疗前后颌面部三维CT数据,通过3D Slicer软件,分割鸡冠及双侧中耳听小骨,分别计算其重心点,基于这3个标志点进行刚性配准,治疗前后颅底标志点之间距离两组数据采用配对t检验,用色彩距离图分析配准结果。结果组内相关系数可信度高(0.878)。本研究数据治疗前后颅底标志点之间距离无统计学意义(P>0.05),CT影像配准精度高。结论基于重心点测量的三维配准具有客观、精准、高效、可信的特点,可广泛用于颌骨缺损修复重建、正颌外科、颌骨肿瘤治疗等不同时期CT影像研究。
Objective To establish a high-precision 3D registration method of craniofacial CT based on intensity centroid measurement for evaluating CT in different periods.Methods 20 pairs of pre-and post-treatment craniofacial 3D CT data were collected from January 2016 to December 2021.With 3D Slicersoftware,the crista galli and the bilateral ossicular bones were segmented,and their centroids were calculated separately.The rigid registration was then performed based on these three fiducial points.The distance between the two sets of pre-and post-treatment cranial base fiducial points was analyzed by paired t-test.The registration result was analyzed by colored distance map.Results Intraclass correlation coefficient showed excellent reliability(0.878).There was no statistical difference(P>0.05)in the distances between the pre-and post-treatment cranial base fiducial points.The CT images were registered with high accuracy.Conclusion 3D registration method based on intensity centroid measurement has the characteristics of objectivity,precision,efficiency and credibility,and can be widely used for CT image research in different periods such as jaw defect reconstruction,orthognathic surgery and jaw tumor treatment,etc.
