福建省创新两阶段效率及影响因素探析——基于随机前沿分析模型 被引量:1

Analysis on the Two-stage Efficiency and Influencing Factors of Innovation in Fujian Province——Based on the Stochastic Frontier Analysis Model

摘要 基于福建省9个地市的面板数据,运用随机前沿分析模型量化测度福建省的创新两阶段效率,同时考察和分析创新两阶段效率的影响因素。结果表明:福建省创新两阶段效率总体水平不高,技术研发效率呈小幅度波动态势,成果转化效率呈总体上升态势;福建省创新两阶段效率存在显著的区域差异,但这种差异性随着时间的推移呈下降趋势;研发人员投入是影响创新两阶段产出的重要因素,研发资本的利用效率有待提高;数字经济发展水平、政府支持力度对创新两阶段效率具有显著的正向作用,优化产业结构能促进技术研发效率提升,外商直接投资对技术研发效率具有明显的负向作用,而人力资本水平未能促进技术研发效率提升,但对成果转化效率具有显著的促进作用。 Based on the panel data of nine cities in Fujian Province,the stochastic frontier analysis model is used to quantify the two-stage efficiency of innovation in Fujian Province,and investigates and analyzes the influencing factors of the two-stage efficiency of innovation.The results show that the overall level of the efficiency of the two stages of innovation in Fujian Province is not high,with a slight fluctuation trend in technology development efficiency and a dynamic upward trend in transformation efficiency.There are significant regional differences in the efficiency of the two stages of innovation in Fujian Province,but this difference shows a downward trend with the passage of time.Research and development(R&D)personnel investment is an important factor affecting the output of two-stage innovation,and the utilization efficiency of R&D capital investment needs to be improved.The development level of digital economy and government support have a significant positive effect on the efficiency of the two stages of innovation.Optimizing the industrial structure can promote the efficiency of technological research and development.Foreign direct investment has a significant negative effect on the efficiency of technological research and development,while the level of human capital does not promote the efficiency of technological research and development,but has a significant effect on the efficiency of achievement transformation.
