摘要
为了研究螺旋埋弧焊管导向弯曲不合格的原因,统计并分析了不同规格的螺旋埋弧焊管导向弯曲试验样本。统计分析结果表明,采集样本中存在不合格的原因主要与焊趾处存在缺欠、焊缝形貌控制不良、焊接工艺出现异常因素相关。进而从焊接缺欠、热影响区性能、焊缝形貌等方面对导向弯曲不合格的原因进行了研究,发现导致此次采集样本导向弯曲试验不合格的主要诱因为焊趾处存在缺欠、热影响区过度软化及过渡角控制不佳,并提出了相应的改进建议。
In order to study the causes of the unqualified guided bending of SAWH,different specifications of guided bending of SAWH test samples were statistically analyzed.The statistical results indicate that the main reasons for non conformities in the samples are defects at the weld toe,poor control of weld morphology,and abnormal welding process factors.Furthermore,a study was conducted on the reasons for the unqualified guided bending test from the aspects of welding defects,heat affected zone performance,and weld morphology.It was found that the main reasons for the unqualified guided bending test of the samples were defects at the weld toe,excessive softening of the heat affected zone,and poor control of the transition angle,and suggestions were proposed.
