摘要
针对船舶制造业供应链管理模式亟待转型升级的现状,开展基于船舶制造业生产组织模式、业务形态和经营方式的供应链基本特征分析,并研究供应链的平台能力构建方法。提出船舶制造业数字化供应链转型要基于业务战略驱动,进行相关流程优化重构、组织架构调整、人员能力建设和绩效指标设定,以及工程、IT(Internet Technology)等使能技术支持,驱动供应链各维度能力相互匹配,推动船舶制造业供应链的转型升级有效实现。
In response to the transformation and upgrading of the supply chain management mode in the shipbuilding industry,an analysis on the basic characteristics of the supply chain is carried out based on the production organization mode,business form,and operation mode of the industry,and a method of building platform capabilities of the supply chain is studied.It is proposed that the digital supply chain transformation of the shipbuilding industry should follow business strategy,with relevant process optimization and reconstruction,organizational structure adjustment,personnel capacity building and performance indicator setting,and should have the enabling technical support of engineering,IT and other relative aspects,to make the dimensions of the supply chain capabilities matched with each other,and promote the effective implementation of the transformation and upgrading of the shipbuilding industry supply chain.
