从特色田园乡村实践经验探讨豫东地区乡村振兴优化策略

Discussion on the Rural Revitalization Optimization Strategies for Eastern Henan Province from the Practical Experience of Characteristic Rural Countryside

改革开放后,乡村发展逐渐受到国家重视。文章通过对改革开放后我国乡村发展建设实践的梳理,聚焦江苏省特色田园乡村的实践经验,对昆山市歇马桥村进行实地调研,研究其运营、发展及规划模式,在此经验基础上分析豫东地区乡村发展困境,最终从协同治理、规划设计、产业发展及文化振兴四个方面提出豫东地区乡村振兴策略,为豫东地区乡村建设提供参考和借鉴。

The state has gradually paid attention to the rural development after the reform and opening up.The paper sorts out the rural development and construction practice in China after the reform and opening up,and focuses on the practical experience of characteristic rural countryside in Jiangsu Province.The paper conducts field investigation in Xiemaqiao Village in Kunshan City,and studies its operation,development and planning mode.On this basis,the paper analyzes the dilemmas of rural development in eastern Henan,and finally puts forward the strategies of rural revitalization in eastern Henan from four aspects of collaborative governance,planning and design,industrial development and cultural revitalization,so as to provide references and lessons for the construction of rural villages in eastern Henan.
