皖江城市带市级国土空间总体规划公示方案比较研究

Comparative Study on the Publication Scheme of the Overall Planning of Land and Space at the Municipal Level in Wanjiang Urban Belt

以安徽省省级总体规划公示方案及皖江城市带多座城市的国土空间总体规划公示方案为研究对象,对比文本在篇章结构、城市性质、人口增长率预测情况、区域协作策略、第二产业发展方向等内容的异同点,提出了应尽快划定“三线”、规划应正视人口减少趋势、调整区域协作策略等建议。

Taking the publication scheme of Anhui provincial master plan and the publication scheme of the overall planning of land and space of several cities including Wanjiang as the research object,this paper compares the similarities and differences of the above texts in text structure,urban nature,population growth rate forecast,regional cooperation strategy,and the development direction of the secondary industry.Some suggestions are put forward that the“three lines”should be demarcated as soon as possible,and the planning should face the trend of population decrease and adjust the regional cooperation strategy.
