长株潭城市群城乡公共服务设施布局均等化研究

Study on the Equalization of the Layout of Urban and Rural Public Service Facilities in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration

采用传统数据与POI大数据相结合的方法,对长株潭城市群公共服务设施配置空间分异及供求关系进行分析。研究表明,长株潭城市群公共服务设施水平呈现中心高、外围低的圈层分异模式,从核心区到边缘区呈现递减趋势,空间适配程度变差,配置水平降低,公共服务设施水平存在较大的城乡差异;同时城市与城市之间也存在着较大差异,核心组团之间联系不紧密,且受行政界线影响出现分割,长株潭三市公共服务设施共建共享存在明显不足。从提升服务设施水平、缩小城乡差距,以及构建一体化格局、缩小区域差距两个维度提出建议。

Using the method of combining traditional data and POI big data,the paper analyzes the spatial differentiation of public service facilities allocation and its supply and demand relationship in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.The research shows that the level of public service facilities in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration presents a circle-level differentiation pattern with high center and low periphery,showing a decreasing trend from the core area to the peripheral area,a low degree of spatial matching and low level of allocation.There is a large urban-rural difference in the level of service facilities.There is also a large level difference between cities.The core groups are not closely connected,and are divided due to the influence of administrative boundaries.There are obvious deficiencies in the co-construction and sharing of public service facilities in Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan.The paper mainly puts forward suggestions for promoting the integrated construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration from two dimensions,that is,improving the level of service facilities and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,and building an integrated pattern and narrowing the regional gap.
