Study on the Basic Problems of Urban Planning Based on Wealth Accumulation

国内学者对于经营城市大多持批判态度,然而从国内城市近十年发展情况来看,恰恰是善于经营的城市在崛起,没有完美的方案,也不存在没有问题的城市。面对复杂巨系统的城市,规划师需要抽丝剥茧,找到城市发展的最基本问题,有针对性地编制规划,才能推动城市更好发展。文章从判断城市发展最核心的问题出发,提出了城市规划编制和管理的改革思路,以及规划布局、产业选择、发展策略和保障措施等方面的建议,希望能为城市规划改革发展提供参考。

Most domestic scholars hold a critical attitude towards city management.However,judging from the development of domestic cities in the past decade,it is precisely the cities that are good at city management are rising.There are neither perfect plans,nor cities without problems.Facing the city with complex giant system,planners need to find out the core problem of urban development,and make targeted planning,so as to promote the better development of the city.Starting from the judgment of the core problem of urban development,this paper puts forward the reform ideas for the preparation and management of urban planning,as well as suggestions on planning layout,industry selection,development strategy and safeguard measures,etc.,hoping to provide a reference for the reform and development of urban planning.
