以POCT为侧重的体外诊断类生命健康产业园的研究(二)——专项分析与建筑设计

摘要 因全球新冠肺炎疫情的催化作用,体外诊断产业快速发展。未来几年,我国体外诊断行业市场规模年复合增长率预计仍将达到10.81%。随着行业的快速发展,体外检测类的生命健康产业园的规划与建设正成为产业园区设计的又一重要细分领域。同时,体外诊断领域中的POCT检测,凭借即时检测的特性成为增长最快的领域之一。因此,以POCT为侧重的体外诊断类生命健康产业园区在相关园区中占比较大。本次研究把这类产业园作为设计细分领域,从建筑设计视角入手,通过分析相关行业的需求特征,拆分研究此类园区的各类建筑,厘清各建筑其中的设计重难点,从而让设计从业者对此类产业园建筑设计具有更加系统的认识,共同助力行业发展。 Due to the catalytic effect of the global COVID-19 pandemic,the in-vitro diagnostics industry has rapidly developed.In the next few years,the compound annual growth rate of the in-vitro diagnostics industry market in China is expected to reach 10.81%.With the rapid development of the industry,the planning and construction of in-vitro diagnostic life and health industry parks focusing on POCT testing have become another important sub-field in the design of industrial parks.At the same time,POCT testing in the in-vitro diagnostics field has become one of the fastest growing areas due to its characteristics of immediate testing.Therefore,in-vitro diagnostic life and health industry parks with a focus on POCT testing account for a significant proportion of related industrial parks.This paper takes such industrial parks as a design sub-field.Starting from the perspective of architectural design,it analyzes the demand characteristics of relevant industries,studies the various types of buildings in these parks,and clarifies the key and difficult points in the design of each building,so that the design practitioners have a more systematic understanding on the architectural design of such industrial parks and jointly contribute to the development of the industry.
