摘要
居家养老生活的老年用户与厨房橱柜系统接触较为频繁,因此本研究基于生态服务设计方法探索适老化橱柜的创新设计。从生态服务设计四个阶段指导设计研究,采用问卷调研和半结构式访谈探索用户对生态橱柜家具的理解和需求;引入可视化生态服务蓝图,识别服务障碍和潜在环境影响;运用KJ归纳需求指标,AHP计算用户需求权重,QFD发掘设计需求权重,通过共创工作坊确定设计概念,得出设计方案;最后进行生态环境及服务体验评估。将生态服务设计方法应用于适老化橱柜的服务系统中,设计出一款提升居家养老生活质量的橱柜产品;借助设计案例验证KJ-AHP-QFD集成方法的可行性,也为未来适老化橱柜家具设计提供参考依据和研究思路。
Elderly users who are aging in place interact quite frequently with the kitchen cabinet system in their homes.Therefore,this study explores the innovative design of elderly-oriented cabinets based on the ecological service design method.Guided by the four stages of ecological service design,the study uses questionnaires and semi-structured interviews to explore users'understanding and needs for ecological cabinet furniture.It introduces a visual ecological service blueprint to identify service barriers and potential environmental impacts.The study employs the KJ method to induct demand indicators,the AHP method to calculate user demand weights,and the QFD method to uncover design demand weights.Design concepts are determined through co-creation workshops,leading to the design proposal.Finally,an ecological environment and service experience evaluation is conducted.By applying the ecological service design method to the service system of elderly-oriented cabinets,a cabinet product is designed to enhance the quality of life for home-based elderly care.The design case also validates the feasibility of the integrated KJ-AHP-QFD method,providing a reference and research direction for future elderly-oriented cabinet furniture design.
