尿路感染是临床常见的感染性疾病,可发生在每个年龄段和不同性别人群中。尿路感染是使门诊医生在患者就诊后开具抗生素处方的第一大感染,同时也是住院患者常见的并发症,是影响患者住院期间生活质量的重要因素。尿路感染一方面影响着患者的生活质量,另一方面也增加了医疗系统的负担。该篇综述就尿路感染的症状、各种传统和最近的诊断方法、引起感染的几种常见病原菌及其分布、耐药性以及治疗方案进行论述。

Urinary tract infection(UTIS)is a common clinical infectious disease that can occur in every age group and different genders.Urinary tract infection is the number one infection that causes outpatient doctors to prescribe antibiotics after a patient’s visit.It is also a common complication of hospitalized patients and an important factor affecting the quality of life of patients during hospitalization.On the one hand,urinary tract infections affect the quality of life of patients,and on the other hand,they also increase the burden of healthcare systems.This review discusses the symptoms of urinary tract infections,various traditional and recent diagnostic methods,several common pathogens causing the infection and their distribution,drug resistance,and treatment options.
